At JJCREATIONZ, we take pride in making sure your order is carefully packaged and shipped to you in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

      All orders are handmade and processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom and personalized items may require additional processing time. If so, details will be included in the product listing.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • U.S. Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days after processing
    • U.S. Territories (including U.S. Virgin Islands): 5–10 business days after processing
    • International Orders: 10–20 business days after processing (customs clearance may affect delivery times)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. JJCREATIONZ cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once orders are with the carrier.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup (St. Croix, USVI)

Local pickup may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

JJCREATIONZ is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order leaves our shop and is scanned by the carrier, JJCREATIONZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
  • We recommend selecting shipping with insurance for higher-value orders.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional fees.
