Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

Each item is handmade with care! Processing time typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping. Custom or bulk orders may take longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

Changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and modifications may not be possible. Please contact us right away

Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely! Custom orders are our specialty — from personalized embroidery and keychains to custom plushies and accessories. Message us with your design idea, and we’ll make it come to life.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All orders are carefully handmade and shipped from St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.

How long does shipping take?

U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary depending on location.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

Please reach out to us with your order number. We’ll help you contact the shipping carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every JJCREATIONZ piece is handmade with love, which means each item is unique and may have slight variations — that’s what makes it special!

How should I care for my handmade items?

  • Keep embroidery and plush items away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Spot clean gently with mild soap and water.
  • Store jewelry and accessories in a cool, dry place.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our items, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly replace or correct the item at no additional cost.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we’ve likely begun creating your item.
